Juice Beauty Oil Free Moisturiser

“Juice Beauty oil-free moisturiser blends certified organic white grape and pomegranate juice with soothing aloe vera, vitamin antioxidants and nutrient-rich sea algae to hydrate and quench skin’s natural moisture balance for a beautiful matte finish. Juice Beauty Oil Free Moisturizer: A lightweight organic oil-free moisturizer ideal to achieve a clearer, brighter complexion.”

This is a blog post that I have already posted previously within a larger post of the Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Kit. I am re-posting this one so I can split up the products I have repurchased, and so it is easier for people to find the review on the specific product they want to try. I love this moisturiser. It is the best moisturiser I have ever used for my acne prone shine, because it doesn’t block my pores or cause any extra blemishes on my face. It’s also vegan, cruelty free, natural and easy to purchase within the UK.

Texture & Scent

The texture of this product is very smooth and quite thick. It is easy to rub into the skin, but doesn’t move once it’s set. The colour is white, and though it’s thick it isn’t heavy on the skin. The Juice Beauty products are made with and scented with fruit ingredients, so the scent isn’t artificial. It is a natural scent that is subtle, and smells like almost nothing at all.

Product Review

I know I keep saying this about the product, but this is the best moisturiser I have used for acne prone skin. It is lightweight but not watery as there isn’t water in the ingredients of this product. Because of this, it soaks easily and quickly into my skin and doesn’t leave a residue on the surface. It keeps my skin hydrated, but doesn’t clog my pores as it is called oil free. It definitely leaves a matte finish on the skin, and due to it being oil-free it isn’t oily or slippery on the skin. I haven’t tried it under make-up, but I think foundation would be hard to blend over the product as it sticks to the skin. Since using this product, I have realised how good it is for my skin. I’ve used other moisturisers to test and they just haven’t been received as well. This moisturiser is now my holy grail moisturiser.

The cleanser and the apple peel create the perfect base for this moisturiser, as mentioned above it soaks in quickly. It takes a few seconds for the white colour of the moisturiser to disappear, but after that it feels like the product is locked into the skin and won’t move. It doesn’t leave a residue or coating on the surface, but really protects my skin. The texture is very thin but not watery, and has a very light fragrance. It is a white colour, and I will definitely be repurchasing this product as I love it.
